New "Sew Pretty" Printable Journal Kit

Debbie has done it again! Please check out her latest kits. She custom made this one for me , like she did the Butterfly Kisses kit. She put all my "wants" into this kit. Her work is outstanding! I am super anxious to get started on it. Hopefully in a couple of days I will have some pictures to share with you, and tell you the reason behind me wanting this kit.

Thank you again Debbie!

My New Journal

Hi!
Wow, it's been forever huh...
I'm glad to be back and have something to share with you.
My New Journal dedicated to my sweet Angel Liliana.
I wanted a Journal that would have a lot of Journal area and tons of butterflies since there's a meaning behind them.
I contacted Debbie from Ephemera's Garden and asked her if it would be possible for her to custom make me a printable journal (thanks to Regina). She got back to me that same day and said she could. After exchanging some emails and sharing with her all the things I would love in my journal she got back to me with samples, and soon after I ended up with my kit "Butterfly Kisses". I LOVED IT!!!!
I have decided to create my journal as basic as I can for now, so that I can create each page as I go. I want lots of room for journaling since I know that sometimes I pour my heart out.
I hope to be able to share pictures of this journal as it keeps growing with time. Debbie will be designing add-on pages and pockets for this kit so that will be perfect!
I am not a big fan of small journals, so Debbie made it the size of a composition book. I can't thank her enough for making this to my specifications. She has designed several kits and has them up on her etsy.
Here is my journal so far...

Vintage Purse swap

So I couldn't resist joining in on Bona's "What's in your vintage purse swap?"
And oh my goodness was it so much fun to create this little wooden purse and the 10 items that needed to go inside it! Although, I must admit, they didn't actually FIT inside the purse..heehee
My Partner was Lily! She received her purse last week, and I think I will be getting mine sometime this week. I can't wait to get mine!

And as you can tell, I'm running way behind on my posting..lol

Paper Bird Cage

Okay, so today I had a little bit of crafting time. I had originally started working on a couple of desk calendars that need some finishing touches, but ended up making this. I decided to go with this, so I could display a photo of sweet Ezra. Isn't he adorable!! He is the son of our dearest best friends Dan & M... Or at least that's what we call them...lol
Hopefully tomorrow I can finish the calendars..heehee. If I do, I will post pictures of them, cause you know, it is April..hahaha. But, one is for my hubby, and one for my best gal... so they don't mind, there's plenty of months still left in the year..

Cupcake using a bath net sponge

HI, I just wanted to share another one of my latest little yummies.. I used to make handmade soap due to the fact that I have really sensitive skin, I had bought packages of these bath sponges because my friend and I had made some cupcake soaps using these and a cupcake mold. They were the cutest soaps, and Alyssa loved them so much, that of course I stocked up on these bath sponges. I got them at the dollar tree, yep for a $1.00.... I know right..and there are 6 in the pack!

I made a quick, template for the bottom part of the cupcake, then I added a magnet to the bottom because the shelf that my cupcake will sit on is metal, so the magnet keeps it in place. I actually got clever..heehee!
I then just simply glued the bath scrubby in place.. So SIMPLE!! Then of course I just decorated it and oh, the netting holds the stick pins perfectly!!!!
